Refund and Return Policy
WEBIRUSH - Digital Products and Services

WEBIRUSH values transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers have a fair and satisfactory experience when using our digital products and services. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund.


1. Conditions for Refund

1.1. Unsuccessful Installation or Functionality Issues

If the purchased digital product cannot be installed correctly due to file errors or incompatibilities preventing its activation in the standard environment, the customer may request:

  • An updated version of the product.
  • An exchange for another item of equivalent value.
  • A refund of the amount paid for the product.

1.2. Account Suspension

If a user’s account is permanently suspended due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, they will be entitled to a proportional refund for the unused subscription period, provided that they have submitted a defense within 7 business days, and the decision results in a permanent suspension.


2. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

2.1. Request

To request a refund, fill out the attached request form or send an email to help@webirush.com with the subject "Refund Request", including the following information:

  • Full name.
  • Email address associated with the account.
  • Detailed description of the problem or reason for the request.
  • Proof of installation error, if applicable (screenshots, error messages, etc.).

2.2. Request Deadline

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the product purchase date or account suspension notification.

2.3. Review and Response

All requests will be analyzed by our support team. The response time is up to 7 business days from the receipt of the request.

2.4. Approval and Refund

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.


3. Special Conditions

3.1. Functional Products

We do not offer refunds for products that have been successfully installed and function as described, except in cases of account suspension or specifically announced policies.

3.2. Improper Use

Refunds will not be granted for issues resulting from improper use of the products, such as installation in unsupported environments or conflicts with third-party plugins and themes.

3.3. Changes to Terms

If there are significant changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use that negatively impact the customer, they will be given the option to cancel their subscription and receive a proportional refund for the unused period.
